Terms of Service

At this time I will not do anthros, furries, mecha, excessive gore or sexual content. Suggestive material is possible but must be discussed on a person by person basis. All suggestive content (sexual or gore) will only be considered if the characters in question are of age.

All commissions must be paid up front before work can begin. When using PayPal an invoice will be sent to you with a copy of this terms of service.

By accepting and sending payment, you agree that you have read and understand the following terms.

Unless otherwise discussed you cannot use any commissions I make for you for profit. This includes, fan merch, posters, comics and so on.

I have the right to use any commissions I make for you as examples to show potential clients and may post your work online. If you would not like your commission made public, please let me know!

Depending on the details of the commission and the present queue, commissions may take 2-8 weeks to complete. A time frame will be provided when discussing commissions. If there is a specific deadline please be upfront on when you would like the commission to be done.

After line art is complete only 50% of the commission may be refunded. If the commission is now complete, refunds will not be provided.

After payment has been made, commissions will be shown at various stages for approval before completing. I will not move on to the next stage until you have approved the post. Failure to respond after one month will mean the commission is canceled and no refund will be issued.
